SnapStyle AI provides a virtual try-on solution for e-commerce platforms including Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, and WooCommerce.
By installing, accessing, or using SnapStyle AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Definitions
**"SnapStyle AI" refers to the SnapStyle AI service and its operators.
"Merchant" refers to any individual or business that installs or registers for SnapStyle AI.
"End User" refers to customers of the Merchant who use the virtual try-on feature.
"Services" refers to SnapStyle AI plugins, software, APIs, website, and related offerings.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By using SnapStyle AI, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. License and Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, SnapStyle AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for your internal business operations and for providing virtual try-on functionality to your customers.
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or resell the Services
Decompile, or attempt to extract source code or models
Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing activities
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services
Use the Services in violation of Shopify's API Terms of Use or Partner Program Agreement
4. Merchant Responsibilities
As a Merchant, you are solely responsible for:
Compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection and consumer protection laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, and other regional regulations)
Informing End Users about the use of virtual try-on technology
Obtaining any required user consents for image upload and processing
Ensuring product images, content, and data do not infringe third-party rights
Your store's policies, product claims, and customer communications
Complying with the terms and policies of your e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy)
5. End-User Data and Image Processing
SnapStyle AI processes End User data and images solely on behalf of the Merchant to provide the virtual try-on functionality.
Merchants remain the data controller for End User data.
SnapStyle AI acts as a data processor.
End User images are processed only to generate try-on results and are not used for identification, biometric profiling, or AI/ML model training.
SnapStyle AI complies with Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks for customer data requests, customer data erasure, and shop data erasure.

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in SnapStyle AI, including software, algorithms, AI models, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by SnapStyle AI or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights beyond the limited license expressly stated.
7. Service Availability and Updates
We strive to provide reliable and high-quality service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes.
8. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
You violate these Terms
Your use poses security, legal, or operational risks
Upon termination, your license to use the Services will immediately cease. You may also uninstall the app at any time through your E-Commerce admin panels.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapStyle AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapStyle AI from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your breach of applicable laws or third-party rights
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
