End-User Data and Image Processing

SnapStyle AI processes End User data and images solely on behalf of the Merchant to provide the virtual try-on functionality.
• Merchants remain the data controller for End User data.
• SnapStyle AI acts as a data processor.
• End User images are processed only to generate try-on results and are not used for identification or biometric profiling.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in SnapStyle AI, including software, algorithms, AI models, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by SnapStyle AI or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights beyond the limited license expressly stated.

Service Availability and Updates
